The Mèdoc - Cru Bourgeois from Château Les Trois Manoirs from the Bordeaux-region is vinified at Frèderic Cruchon's Château Chantemerle. It is a ripe Mèdoc - Cru Bourgeois made from the grapes Merlot (35 %), Cabernet Sauvignon (55 %) , Cabernet Franc (2%), Petit Verdot (3%) and Malbec (5%) .Aged for 12 months in oak barrels. Vital warm red/black with purple edge. Exuberant, seductive nose full of cassis, cherries, smoky oak, mocha, vanilla and choco. On the juicy palate sweet oak and a classic bay leaf, mocha and vanilla alongside primary fruits like cassis, dark cherries and blackcurrants. Firm, distinguished Cru Bourgeois with double gold and immediate drinking pleasure. Delicious with a tasty entrecôte Bordelaise, lamb chops, duck breast and mature hard cheeses. Long shelf life.
