Mâcon Chardonnay Cuvèe Joseph 2022 - Domaine Gèrald Talmard

The Mâcon Chardonnay Cuvèe Joseph is a classic Mâcon-Village. The Cuvèe is a tribute to Gèrald Talmard's grandfather Joseph, who planted the fields with Chardonnay planted grapevines on a rather mineral and chalky soil. The wine is beautifully floral in the nose and nicely soft with grape fruit on the palate. Naturally, the wine goes very well with fish and other delicious sea food, with or without a shell around it. It is also delicious as an aperitif. Serve at around 10-12 degrees.
