Reuilly Blanc Les Fossiles 2019 - Domaine de Reuilly

From Sauvignon Blanc grapes that come from the two-hectare field Les Pierres Plates, winemaker Denis Jamain makes this biodynamic Reuilly Blanc Les Fossiles. Light golden wine with an intense nose of aromas of flowers and citrus fruit and a hint of mint. In the mouth there is some subtle exotic fruit and that makes the wine combines well with avocado and salmon, fish, things with asparagus and of course with a goat cheese. Serve no colder than 11-12 degrees if you want to taste the wine optimally.
