Valençay Claux Delorme Rouge 2018 Domaine Minchin
The Valençay Claux Delorme Rouge by Domaine Minchin is a special wine made from four grape varieties, namely Gamay (45%), Côt (35%) and Cabernet Franc and Pinot Noir (each 10%). The grapes were handpicked, sorted and fermented after pressing in a cool place. A beautiful frolicking red wine is the result. A strawberry-jammy nose and in the taste a lot of ripe red fruit like blackberries, cherries and blackcurrants with a mineral touch and something mocha. This Valençay Claux Delorme Rouge combines very well with dishes with pork or a Valençay cheese. In addition, the combination with a nice plate of charcuterie or a somewhat exotic dish is also very OK. Serve at 15-16 degrees.
