Sylvaner Vieilles Vignes 2022 – Domaine Gruss
This Sylvaner Vieilles Vignes by Andrè Gruss can almost be compared to a Grand Cru. Practically that is impossible, because Sylvaner and Pinot Blanc are grape varieties that fall outside this high qualification. Andrè Gruss does make a beautiful, concentrated rich wine from these old vines. white wine with a very light sweetness. Perfect with any delicious fish starter, salads, cruditès, patè and a real Alsatian sauerkraut dish. Serve nicely at 9.5 degrees.
