Saint-Èmilion GC Le Premier 2016 - Cht. Lagrave

The grapes, hand harvested, are carefully selected and the vinification takes place during one month in concrete barrels. Due to the red The wine is pumped and moved to get the most out of the grapes. Then follows the maturing in French oak barrels of 225 litres and 400 litres. The Saint-Èmilion GC Le Premier is ruby red with a nose of cherry, raspberry, vanilla and a hint of pencil sharpening. In the mouth black fruit, toast and spices, some bay leaf and a hint of biscuit.
