Rosè Renaissance 2022 - Château Cicèron

At Château Ciceron, they press a beautiful rosè candy store from Syrah grapes! Grapes from clay-limestone soil with pure juice. Bright pink with purple sheen. The scent of aromatic fresh red fruit and candy cane and pear drop. On the palate fine strawberry, that same soft candy cane and a sweet bitterness. A feast! Put on the table as an aperitif, with a nice salad, a grilled meat or vegetables with garlic, or goat cheese does it well. Serve at 10 degrees.
