Plan de Dieu 2019 Domaine Les Ondines

Better than good is not possible, but here we have something nice from the appellation we know from Domaine Saint Pierre, Plan de Dieu. This organic wine is a blend of 80% Grenache and 20% Syrah. Part of the harvest matures in stainless steel tanks and another part in older oak barrels that add a mild flavour to the wine. And all this for at least 18 months before being bottled. Delicious with game and with sturdy stews and cheeses.
