Muscat Sec 'C'est si bon' 2020 - Château Les Fenals

The Muscat Sec is made from the Muscat grape. The grapes are picked early to avoid too much sugar. This results in a beautiful dry pale yellow wine. Nose of elderberry and green apples. In the mouth it's spicy and juicy with grapefruit, candied citrus and a long aftertaste with that unmistakable Muscat touch. Serve the Muscat Sec as an aperitif with some asparagus dishes, mussels, fish and of course with sushi and tight curries. Serve at 8-10 degrees.
