Syrah Rosè Montmija 2021 - Domaine Auriol

The grapes for this Organic Syrah Rosè Montmija, Syrah (90%) and Grenache (10%), grow up the sandy soil of the Camargue in the sea breeze of the Mediterranean. During harvesting, the grapes are immediately cooled and fermentation takes place at a relatively low temperature. Bottling is after five months in spring. The Syrah Rosè Montmija is light pink with a beautiful nose of red fruit and some mint. In the taste, the fresh aroma of fruit compote returns. Very nice chilled under the parasol, at lunch with a salad or as a cool aperitif to serve and ideal with fish and other sea stuff. Place on the table at about 11 degrees Celsius.
