The Mèdoc - Cru Bourgeois of Château Les Trois Manoirs is vinified at Frèderic Cruchon's Château Chantemerle. It is a ripe Mèdoc - Cru Bourgeois made from the grapes Merlot (35 %), Cabernet Sauvignon (55 %) , Cabernet franc (2%), Petit Verdot (3%) and Malbec (5%) .Aged for 12 months in oak barrels. Vital warm red/black with purple rim. Exuberant, seductive nose full of cassis, cherries, smoky oak, mocha, vanilla and choco. On the juicy palate sweet oak and classic bay leaf, mocha and vanilla alongside primary fruits like cassis, dark cherries and blackcurrants. Firm, distinguished Cru Bourgeois with double gold and immediate drinking pleasure. Delicious with a nice entrecôte Bordelaise, lamb chops, duck breast and mature hard cheeses. Long shelf life.
