Lirac Coeur d'Aromes Blanc 2020 - Mas Isabelle
The Lirac Coeur d'Aromes Blanc comes from the Clairette and Viognier grape varieties with the former being thickly dominant at 90%. The grapes grow on a clay soil that contains a lot of lime. The wine stands pale white in the glass and the nose is that of aromatic ripe white fruit. On the palate, we taste citrus, some lemon zest, a hint of anise and a long finish. The Lirac Coeur d'Aromes Blanc can be served at around 10 degrees and does wonderfully with prawns flambéed in pastis, with a fresh salad or with a dish of green asparagus and feta.
