Lirac Blanc Roc 2019 - Mas Isabelle
€16,00
Description
The grapes for the Lirac Blanc Roc grow on limestone-clay soil with lots of cobbles. The wine's composition consists of 35% Grenache, 35% Rousanne, 15% Clairette, 10% Viognier and 5% Ugni Blanc. The wine turns pale yellow in the glass and has a nose of a peasant fruit stand with apricot, dried fruit and honey alongside. The mouth is full of white fruit, some minerality and pineapple with vanilla and considerable toast from the wood aging. The Lirac Blanc Roc is best served at 10-12 degrees as an aperitif, with brandade, with cod with mustard sauce, with lasagne with salmon and leeks or with a piece of goat cheese.
