Le Bistro Rosè Montmija - Domaine Auriol
Le Bistro Rosè is a vegan and organic light salmon pink wine made from grapes from the area around Béziers in the Languedoc. Grenache, Merlot and Syrah are the varieties processed here. The harvest is done at night to avoid the heat of the day. After pressing and settling, fermentation follows for about two weeks. The result is a wine with a supple fresh nose with raspberry, pear drops and candy canes. In the mouth flavors like strawberry, some citrus, almond and apple. The Le Bistro Rosè goes very well with BBQ, summer salads, chicken dishes or light exotic meals. On the table at a maximum of 10 degrees.
