Le Bistro Blanc Montmija - Domaine Auriol
The organic and vegan Le Bistro Blanc comes from grapes from the area between Narbonne and Montpellier. Claude Vialade's parents started growing their grapes organically here 35 years ago and of course the wine is certified. Besides the Grenache Blanc there is also room for a little Roussanne and Sauvignon. The latter grape varieties give extra freshness to the wine that has beautiful aromas such as peach, apricot and florality with hints of citrus. The Le Bistro Blanc is finely blissful as an aperitif, with cold meat and goat cheese. On the table at 8 to 10 degrees.
