The French Can Can Rouge is composed of the grape varieties 70% Merlot,, 20% Petit Verdot and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon.
The grapes are destemmed 100%. The wine is soaked on the skins for 20 days at 28-30 degrees Celsius. Then a temperature controlled fermentation and malolactic fermentation. Then French Can Can Rouge matures for 6 months in stainless steel tanks. This wine shows its most charming aspect with its notes of red fruit and a purple sheath. It is a very supple wine. It will certainly be appreciated for its aromatic freshness. It is the perfect wine for all moments of your life. It goes well with BBQ, various salads and las aperitif.
