Ventoureso Côtes du Ventoux 2021 - Les Terrasses d'Eole

The Ventoureso is a subtle rosè. Subtle in color as that of a very light candy cane. The label with its gray tones gives a nice contrast. The wine does full justice to the Provencal name of this wind from the north-northeast, 'Ventoureso'. That wind comes from the Mont Ventoux and when it blows it brings the freshness of that mighty mountain. The nose gives you the smell of red berries and white flowers and in the taste you will find exotic fruit. Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah are the grape varieties used and we promise that a little shiver goes through you when you taste the first sip of this delicious wine. A beautiful wine to drink on a terrace or with a nice summer salad, fish or warm roast beef.
