Bourgueil 2015 - Clos de l'Abbaye

On the fields of Clos de l'Abbaye grow the Cabernet Franc grapes from which this Bourgueil from the legendary 2015 vintage is made. Naturally organic and beautifully red and spicy in the glass. The taste is fresh, generously fruity, good tannins and a handful of spice. The aftertaste is long. It works great with a bowl of pumpkin soup, a grilled piece of meat, pasta carbonara or falafel. In the glass at 16 degrees is fine.
