Ventoux Rosè 2019 MAGNUM - Domaine Font Sarade

A bottle with double the content. On the fertile soil in the Ventoux, not too far from Vacqueyras, grow the Grenache Noir, Syrah and Carignan grapes that serve as ingredients for this hearty Ventoux Rosè. Bernard Burle harvests by hand, quickly presses the grapes and matures the rosè on stainless steel. Beautiful pink Ventoux rosè with a spicy nose and ditto flavor with a slightly peppery strawberry note. Serve the rosè at 10-12 degrees, so not too cold, then he comes into his own as a tasty aperitif. But he also does great with a grilled chicken or a nice grilled vegetable dish.
