Tulasoif Rosè 2021 - Domaine du Pére Lèon

Beautiful Tulasoif rosè of Grenache Noir 40%, Syrah 30% and Cinsault 30%. Beautiful translucent pink with a hint of grey. Smell and taste: light griot, slightly salty cinnamon stick, soft peach, an exciting pepper with a mild flinty background. Good to enjoy as an aperitif, with a grilled chicken or a fine salad. Piece of Salers cheese is also always good.
