Saint-Nicolas de Bourgueil 'd'une vigne á l'autre 2018 - Domaine de la Cabernelle

The Saint-Nicolas de Bourgueil 'd'une vigne à l'autre' is an organic wine resulting from Cabernet Franc grapes from three soil types: sand, gravel and clay-limestone. This results in a ruby red wine with a soft spicy nose. On the palate, fine ripe black fruit, creamy tannins, a minerality, bay leaf and griot. The 'd'une vigne à l'autre' you serve at 15 degrees and with roasted meat or chicken dishes, pasta with mushrooms, saltimbocca a la Romana or a piece of Cantal or goat cheese.
