Riesling Sauvage 2019 - Maison Joseph Cattin
€13,00
Description
Domaine Cattin makes a beautiful Riesling Sauvage of organic and vegan origin. The grapes are harvested by hand. After pressing and fermentation on stainless steel for about two months, the wine matures with the twigs and skins. The result is a tasty golden Riesling Sauvage with a green tinge. The expressive and floral nose with some apple and a hint of tea is delicious. In the taste of the wine are fruity and rinse tones, a nice long finish and a little mango and far away some eucalyptus. In the glass at 9 or 10 degrees OK. Traditionally served in Alsace with Choucroute Garni (sauerkraut dish). Also with salads, green asparagus, trout and salmon dishes and creamy cheeses like Brie or Camembert.
