Quincy 2017 - Domaine du Coudray

The Quincy, from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, comes from a blend of several cuvées. After harvesting, the grapes are pressed and fermented under temperature control. The maturation goes together with the skins. This results in a wine with floral notes in the nose that is nicely balanced in the glass. Minerals, a little grapefruit, gooseberry and a long aftertaste. Delicious as an aperitif, with scallops, fish, white meat or a slightly spicy (Asian) cuisine.
