Pinot Noir Tradition 2019 - Domaine Gruss

The Pinot Noir Tradition from Alsace is a bit of an outlier. Not that many of these red wines are made. Moreover, people usually think of white wine when talking about wines from Alsace. But, ....grootmeester Andrè Gruss knows how to turn the Pinot Noir grapes into something special. Wonderfully beautiful light red juice with a light-footed, but serious, finely spiced flavor. The Pinot Noir Tradition may be lightly chilled and goes nicely with lukewarm roast beef, a salad with smoked chicken or a quiche with bacon and/or cheese.
