Morgon Cuvèe Joseph 2018 MAGNUM - Domaine Gaget

A delicious double bottle capacity. This Morgon Cuvèe Joseph is real red violence ; a Beaujolais aged on oak. The result is impressive. A solid wine with 12 months of wood aging. When we tasted it straight from the barrels it was delicious and now in bottle, the balance is wonderful. The hint of toast and a hint of vanilla comes from the barrel aging, but that is nicely dosed and immediately beckons for a hearty piece of meat with a pepper or a nice piece of soft cheese. Drink at 14 to 16 degrees maximum.
