Morgon Côte du Py 2017 - Domaine Gaget

Beautiful, sparkling red wine Morgon Côte du Py. In the first 'young years' it is excellent with all meat dishes and - for example - with pike perch, provided you mix a dash through the sauce. It also goes very well with a cheese platter. When this wine gets older it gets the typical smell of an old Morgon, approaching that of a Bourgogne. Then it's time for more refined (game) dishes, soft cheeses or just as an aperitif.
