Menetou-Salon Morogues 2018 - Domaines Minchin

The Sauvignon grapes for this Menetou-Salon from the town of Morogues ferment temperature-regulated in stainless steel after harvest. The white wine rests with the skins and twigs. After aging, a golden-green wine emerges with a beautiful complex fruity nose. Beautiful scent of citrus and grapefruit which is also reflected in the taste. Mineral notes, fennel and a refined licorice in the background. Goes great with oysters, avocado with crab, goat cheese or a vegetable quiche. Drink at 10-12 degrees for optimal flavor.
