Haut-Mèdoc Hennebelle 2016 -Château Hennebelle

Château Hennebelle's Haut-Mèdoc is a powerful red-purple wine of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. A nose with plenty of spice, lots of fragrant ripe black fruit. In the glass firm, full-bodied and with thick tannins and some bay leaf and a hint of leather. A fine dining wine! Good with grilled turkey with mushrooms, sauerkraut with duck breast, Asian spicy dishes or a salad landaise. Serve at 16-17 degrees.
