Entre-Deux-Mers 2020 - Château Queyssard

The Entre-deux-Mers vineyard, located between the Dordogne and Garonne rivers, stands out for its production of white wines. The harvest takes place at dawn to take advantage of the freshness of the fruit, followed by a phase of skin maceration at low temperature that allows the Sauvignon and Sémillon aromas to concentrate.
The grapes are then pressed and alcoholic fermentation begins slowly. Maturation is short, allowing the wine to retain its freshness. Bottling takes place in the spring following the harvest.
The color is pale yellow with green reflections, the nose, typical Sauvignon blanc, is very intense with a mix of floral and citrus notes. In the mouth, the onset is meaty, the evolution is lively and invigorating. This Entre-Deux-Mers is delicious with seafood, its freshness and aromatic expression are the key words to bring you pleasure and relaxation.
