Collection Blanc 2021 - Vignobles J.Mourat

The Collection Blanc is a refreshing white Loire wine with a fine complexity. It is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay bottled in a special bottle. Very light golden yellow in color with aromas of apple and pear, flowers and an almond. Not too heavy but fresh acidity with a fairly long finish. The Collection Blanc is delicious as an aperitif. Beautiful in combination with poultry, trout and goat cheeses. Also definitely at 8-9 degrees with seafood and shellfish.
