Bourgueil 2009 - Clos de l'Abbaye

On the fields of Clos de l'Abbaye grow Cabernet Franc grapes from which this Bourgueil 2009 is made. Naturally organic and beautifully red and spicy in the glass. The taste is fresh, generously fruity, good tannins and a handful of spice. The aftertaste is long. Does it great with a bowl of pumpkin soup, grilled meat, pasta carbonara or falafel. In the glass at 16 degrees is fine.
