Bordeaux Superieur 2018 - Château Queyssard

The grapes for this Bordeaux Superieur are harvested at the maximum of their aromatic potential and then vinified at low temperature to reveal all their aromatic potential. Overpumping is intense at the beginning of fermentation, then lighter in a second step to slowly extract the tannins and obtain the perfect balance between fresh fruit and suppleness.
The Bordeaux Superieur has a garnet red color. and reveals aromas of fresh red fruits such as black currants. Very focused on the fruity character, it is a round and supple wine.
The finish is characterized by a nice freshness. As an aperitif or with traditional cuisine, it is a wine to be enjoyed even when young.
