Bordeaux Blanc Cuvèe Dorianne 2019 - Château Queyssard

In 2012, our family grew with the arrival of Dorianne, a 5th generation, and the arrival of Nicolas on the farm. Produced by Nicolas, this Bordeaux Blanc Cuvèe Dorianne marks a new impetus for Château Queyssard. 100% Sauvignon Blanc and harvested slightly overripe, this cuvè is vinified in 300L barrels. Aging takes several months to achieve optimum texture.
The color is pale gold with sparkling reflections, the nose is complex, between notes of vanilla and exotic fruit. The onset on the palate is supple and smooth.
Complex and aromatic, the Bordeaux Blanc Cuvèe Dorianne can age for a few years in the bottle, but can also be consumed young. Rich and concentrated, it is a wine to be enjoyed as an aperitif, with white meats or cheeses.
