Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux Cuvèe Prestige Blanc 2019 - Château des Tourtes

This Cuvèe Prestige Blanc is a Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux and is made from the Sauvignon Blanc grape. The harvest is already sorted in the vineyard and a second selection takes place in the cellar. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in the oak barrels. Maturation is thus "sur lie" in barrels under regular stirring for up to 9 months. The Cuvèe Prestige Blanc has a golden yellow color and a firm nose. Floral and exotic fruit notes of mango, melon, grapefruit and a vanilla aroma in the nose. Fat and thick in the glass and the wood tones are harmonious. Delicious as an aperitif, with warm appetizers such as salmon and leek pie, with gratinated leeks or leek vinaigrette, with curry mussels or with baked or grilled fish and meat dishes with a creamy sauce. Serve just below 12 degrees.
