It was back in 1998 that the Dupont-Fahn family began their adventure in the Languedoc. The climate, the sea, the diversity of the soil and the possibilities of the grape varieties Chardonnay, Viognier and Cabernet Sauvignon made the family decide to buy vineyards in the Hérault. There was the idea and the challenge to apply the winemaking experience and ditto tradition of the Burgundian vineyards around Monthèlie in the Languedoc.
