Château Les Clauzots - Frèderic Tach - Saint-Pierre-de-Mons
Château Les Clauzots, in Saint-Pierre-de-Mons, is located on the left bank of the Garonne south of Bordeaux. The estate dates back more than a century. Five generations of winemakers have worked here from father to son. The current owner Frédéric Tach now holds the sceptre with his two sons Adrien and Maxime. In 2006, the family expanded the 23 hectare vineyard by another 14 hectares to 37 hectares. Since 2018, Château les Clauzots has been enlisting the services of Hubert de Boüard Consulting to take the wine and the business to the next level.
What always remains is the modus operandi based on simple and modest family values. The domain produces elegant, fresh and balanced Graves. The finesse of the wines comes from a fine blend of technical knowledge of farming and winemaking. That coupled with the desire to cherish and honor the roots of the domain's history and ancestors completes the story.
