Vignerons de UNI-MèDOC is a group of winegrowers, who value sustainability. Château aux Quatre Vents is one of their Château's. They make sure that they ask themselves the right questions so that the work goes in the direction of nature. And this at all levels. Their approach also continues in logistics, through the energy transition of their buildings and equipment. The wineries involved are all HVE (High Environmental Value) certified.
They own the largest barrel cellar in the Médoc: their greatest wines mature in the barrel cellar, a real place of wonder where all the senses are engaged: first the sight, with this harmony of volumes and colors; then the smell, with these very fresh scents of wood and wine that begin their union, hearing with these cathedral acoustics, touching with the oak within reach.
